I prefer to see a sample of the text (or the whole text) before agreeing a price with a client, as the time required to edit the text will depend on several factors.

If you would like to receive a quotation, please contact me at vickynash@englisheditingservices.co.uk, outlining the service required, an estimate of the overall word count and the deadline. Please do not send the file as an attachment with this initial email. I will then get in touch and ask to see (a sample of) the text. Before I start work we will agree what am I to do (e.g. will I be sorting references out? Is there a style guide I need to follow?), the deadline and a price.

I do undertake urgent work, depending on my schedule, but there is an extra charge for this. If you are interested in this service, please contact me as soon as possible.

I accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details are included on my invoice. Payment is required within 30 days of invoice, unless I have agreed otherwise. I reserve the right to request a down payment prior to commencing work or payment upon receipt of the completed file.

If you choose to pay by PayPal, there will be a small additional fee to cover the PayPal fees.
